At Sara Fashion, we hold ourselves to the highest standard and believe in full transparency within our team and with our customers. For that reason, our production process includes many rigorous practices and procedures to ensure the end result is the best it can possibly be. To demonstrate this to our clients, we adhered to the following auditing systems.

Sedex is one of the world’s leading ethical trade service providers, working to improve working conditions in global supply chains.
BSCI, a program of the Foreign Trade Association of Europe and it is designed to improve working conditions for the suppliers of BSCI's participating member companies.
In our effort to become a tripple-bottom line company, since the very beginning of our company's history, we have provided a basic medical care system to our employees and paid for the medicines of those who cannot afford it. An MBBS doctor comes in our headquarters once a week to offer his service to anyone that requires it.
60% of our employees are women, many of which mothers of young children. Many times these women find it hard to balance work and family life and do not have anyone to take care of their youngsters while they work. To support them, we have a designated nursary room, where child-care service is provided if required.
We provide meals to all our employees within a well-equipped canteen. The canteen holds an adequate seating capacity and meals are cooked in house with the maximum hygiene standards. We also have a water purifier plant to provide fresh and clean water to office staff and unit operators.
